My mom and I helped host a shower last week for one of our friends. I was in charge of decorations so I immediately went to Pinterest for some help.

I made the tassel and banner out of tissue paper, decorative paper, twine, and a black paint pen. I thought the tassel garland would be a lot harder and more tedious than it actually was. It took 8 sheets of tissue paper and maybe 15-20 mins to make.
