Our Weekend @ The Bunkhouse

This last weekend was the best. We spent the weekend with my family in a cabin near Medicine Park. We stayed in the neatest place called The Bunkhouse. There was gorgeous scenery, home cooked meals enjoyed on the patio, campfires, hiking, and lots of fun with my favorite people. I'll let the pictures do the talking because I took a ton of them...
This was our home for the weekend and man, was the hospitality great!
We spent most of our time on the patio.
 Enjoying these beautiful views.

My mom bought my brother and husband hammock tents for their birthdays and they decided to sleep in them one night. Trevor came back inside because of an annoying owl and Aaron made it to 4:30am when the sprinkler system came on and gave him a nice bath.

We will be coming back and staying here again!

We also got to enjoy the beautiful horses, a pet dog and goat.

Baby G was a little angel the entire time. We got lots of smiles out of her.
We took advantage of the beautiful scenery and took a few family photos for our Christmas cards.

So lucky to call these two my parents. They are such a great example of unconditional love.
And so are my brother and his wife!

We always have to do a crazy pic.
 Love him so much!
The sweetest slobbery kisses.
All the girls
Can't get enough of these baby blues.
 She's ready to hike!

Unfortunately, we didn't get to do much outside on Sunday because it was storming all day, but we did enjoy the rain storm on the metal roof while sitting on the patio.

It was so relaxing, it knocked her smooth out.

I was in major need of a weekend getaway to somewhere relaxing, with no schedule, surrounded by nature and my favorite people. It was so great. I wish we could do it more often. I'm so thankful my parents planned this trip. If you're ever looking for a great place to stay, check out The Bunkhouse!
