Way Back Wednesday- Quincee and Trevor

Today is my brother's 25th birthday! I can't believe he is that old. In honor of his birthday, I thought it would be fun to post some old pictures of us and to share some funny stories. When I was born the first thing my brother said was, "mommy take her back." It was clearly evident back in the day that my brother would much rather have had a brother to play ball with instead of a younger sister that would always be in his business and flirt with his friends. I think after a while he got used to me and proved to be a very good older brother. When we got into fights when we were in our teens, he would always say that he wished he had a brother instead. I knew he didn't really mean it though! I don't know how we do it, but somehow we always get along pretty well, considering we shared a cell phone in high school, we attended rival high schools, and now we live under the same roof. Some of my favorite memories with my brother include:

- playing the "guess what I'm going to say next" game on long car rides. I would start talking and Trevor would try to guess what I was saying while I was talking...it always made me die laughing.

-when my best friend would spend the night, Trevor and his buddies would make us hold couch cushions in front of our bodies and then they would tackle us like the football dummies. They basically squashed us whole, but for some reason we continued to let them do it.

- belting out "And the Thunder Rolls" by Garth Brooks in my dad's old Silverado pick-up.

- lastly, I loved every minute of spying on my brother and his friends when they would come over to spend the night (this would make him fume!)

I'm so thankful for my brother! I've learned so many things from him and he will always be a role model for me. Love you Trevor and as he would say, "you're my favorite brother/sister ever." HAPPY 25th BIRTHDAY!!!

We were definitely "toe heads"

This is by far my favorite picture of us.
